- Grow Cook and Bake Your Own
We do not know from where the food is coming which we eat. To rule out this disconnected from your children, it is imperative that we teach our children where their food comes from.
For do this, grow and cook your food at your home. Go to your garden with your kids, pick vegetables and then take them to the kitchen to wash and turn into something lovely. If you do not have a place to grow food, take your child to the shops when buying vegetables.
- Let Every Point Be A Talking Point
We live in a non-vegan world, where animals are slaughtered everyday and the process is considered normalized. When you child counter any of the thing that is non-vegan, talk to him about this.
A talking point help to reinforce the values and teachings to be tolerant of others, only if you utilize this well and talk to your child.
