Apple Kiwi Rosemary Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup apples, chopped

2/3 cup kiwi slices

1 tsp rosemary, torn

1/2 cup yogurt

Ice cubes

1 pinch cinnamon

1 pinch sea salt

1 pinch black pepper

2 tsp stevia

2 tbsp BeVego Vanilla Caramel Protein Powder 

Kiwi slices and rosemary sprig to garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the apples with kiwi.
  2. Add the torn rosemary.
  3. Pour in the yogurt. Add the sea salt, black pepper, and cinnamon.
  4. Add the ice cubes, Bevego protein powder, stevia and blend until smooth.
  5. Garnish using rosemary sprig and kiwi slices.
