Baked Potato and Porcini Mushrooms

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, turmeric, cayenne, sea salt, sage, cinnamon, and BeVego Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Powder.
  2. Add the mushrooms and potatoes and coat well.
  3. Add aluminum foil in a baking sheet.
  4. Add the potato mix in the baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle the oil on top. Bake for 20 minutes with 390 degrees F.
  6. Stir them once and bake for another 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with spring onion on top.
