BeVego Cheesy Buttery Cranberry Cookies
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
⦁ Shift the protein powder, sea salt, baking powder, flour and set aside for now.
⦁ In a mixing bowl, beat the butter with sugar for 2 minutes.
⦁ Add the blueberry extract and beat again.
⦁ Add the flour mix and knead well.
⦁ Wrap it tightly with plastic wrap. Add to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
⦁ Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F. Add parchment on a baking sheet.
⦁ Knead again for 5 minutes. Roll them into semi thick sheet and cut into rounds.
⦁ Add the cranberries in the middle of the cookies.
⦁ Sprinkle the cheese on top.
⦁ Add them to the baking sheet.
⦁ Bake for 15 minutes. Serve in room temperature.
1 cup flour
2 tbsp cheese, grated
4 tbsp cranberries
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp BeVego Gingerbread protein powder
1 pinch sea salt
1 tsp blueberry extract
½ cup butter
½ tsp baking powder
