⦁Cut the edges of the cucumbers. Cut them into lasagna sheet like texture. ⦁In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, BeVego blueberry protein powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne.

⦁Mix well. In another bowl, combine the avocado, olive oil, dill, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well.

⦁On a serving plate, place one layer of cucumber slices and the spread the peanut mixture into ½ inch thickness.

⦁Add another layer of cucumber slices and add a layer of avocado mixture. ⦁Repeat the process until all the ingredients are finish. Serve.
