BeVego Molasses Cookies
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 12 minutes
⦁ Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees F.
⦁ Line up wax paper on your cookie sheet.
⦁ Take a mixing bowl and beat the butter and molasses together.
⦁ Add the milk, and beat well.
⦁ Shift the wheat flour, sea salt, baking powder, cinnamon, protein powder and add to the milk mixture.
⦁ Knead well and create soft dough. Cover it and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
⦁ Knead again and roll it out. Cut into rounds using a cookie cutter.
⦁ Add the fresh blueberries on top.
⦁ Add them to the cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
⦁ Add them to the cooling rack and wait for it to cool down completely before serving.
1 cup wheat flour
½ cup molasses
4 tbsp fresh blueberries
2 tbsp BeVego Blueberry Protein Powder
1 pinch cinnamon powder
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp milk
½ tsp baking powder
1 pinch sea salt
