Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

3 tbsp sugar, granulated

¼ cup water

1 tsp instant coffee powder

8 tbsp Bevego Vanilla Caramel protein powder

1 pinch salt

1 cup vegan heavy cream

½ cup apple juice

7 oz dark chocolate, chopped

 

Instructions:

Melt the chocolate carefully in a double broiler.

Add in the sugar and water in a pot and heat until it becomes sticky and thick.

Add the chocolate and mix well.

In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream for 5 minutes.

Add the coffee, protein powder, apple juice and salt. Beat well until it is well combined and fluffy.

Add the chocolate mix carefully and fold in properly.

Pour in cups and chill until served.
