Ginger Beetroot Mint Smoothie

Ingredients:
3 tbsp BeVego blueberry protein powder
1 1/2 cup beetroot, cubed
2 green apples, chopped
2 inch ginger, sliced
2 tbsp peppermint leaves
Salt to taste
4 tbsp stevia
1 pinch paprika
Ice cubes
4 tbsp coconut water
Peppermint and sliced ginger to garnish
Instructions:
- In a strong blender, add the beetroots.
- Add the ginger, apples, and peppermint.
- Add the ice cubes, stevia, salt, Bevego protein powder and paprika.
- Pour in the coconut water.
- Blend until it becomes perfectly smooth.
- Garnish using ginger slices and peppermint leaves. Serve.
