Ginger Beetroot Mint Smoothie

3 tbsp BeVego blueberry protein powder

1 1/2 cup beetroot, cubed

2 green apples, chopped

2 inch ginger, sliced

2 tbsp peppermint leaves

Salt to taste

4 tbsp stevia

1 pinch paprika

Ice cubes

4 tbsp coconut water

Peppermint and sliced ginger to garnish



  1. In a strong blender, add the beetroots.
  2. Add the ginger, apples, and peppermint.
  3. Add the ice cubes, stevia, salt, Bevego protein powder and paprika.
  4. Pour in the coconut water.
  5. Blend until it becomes perfectly smooth.
  6. Garnish using ginger slices and peppermint leaves. Serve.
