Mixed Berry Yoghurt Banana Shake
In a blender, throw in the mixed berries. Add the banana slices and mint leaves. Add the protein powder, salt and pour in the yogurt. Blend until it is smooth. Serve cold.
Melt the chocolate carefully in a double broiler. Add in the sugar and water in a pot and heat until it becomes sticky and thick. Add the chocolate and mix well. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream for 5 minutes. Add the coffee, protein powder, apple juice and salt. Beat well until it is well combined and fluffy. Add the chocolate mix carefully and fold in properly. Pour in cups and chill until served.
Oat Banana Almond Smoothie
In a blender, add the rolled oats. Add the almond, bananas and basil seeds. Pour in the almond milk. Add the salt and cinnamon powder. Add peanut butter and blend until smooth. Serve.
