2 cup sweet potatoes, cut into medium cubes

2 tbsp BeVego Gingerbread protein powder

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp dried sage

½ tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp olive oil


In a bowl, combine the olive oil, protein powder, garlic, sage, salt, paprika, pepper, thyme, rosemary and mix well.

Coat the sweet potato cubes in the mixture.

Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Add parchment paper onto a baking tray.

Arrange the sweet potato cubes.

Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.

Serve warm.
