Simple Crouton Salad

Ingredients:

1 white onion, sliced

10 black olives, pitted, sliced

2 tbsp holy basil leaves

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup croutons, cubed

½ cup cucumber, cubed

1 tsp parsley, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

6 tbsp Bevego blueberry protein powder

Salt and pepper to taste

½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cayenne powder

 

Instructions:

Combine the protein powder, garlic powder, cayenne powder, salt, pepper, olive oil, parsley and soy sauce in a small container. Shake well. Keep aside.

Toast the croutons for 2 minutes.

In a salad bowl, combine the croutons, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.

Add the dressing and coat well. Serve.
