Smoothie - Peanut Butter and Veggie

Serving Size: 2, Preparation Time: 5 minutes, Cooking Time: 0 minutes

1 frozen banana, sliced

1 cup water

1 tsp. Medjool dates

1 handful fresh baby spinach

1 cup frozen zucchini

2 tbsp BeVego Gingerbread protein powder

2 tbsp. peanut butter


Directions: Cut the dates and remove the pits. Add to the blender. Add in the zucchini, banana, and spinach. Pour in the water, protein powder and the peanut butter. Blend for 2 minutes. Serve.
