Spelt Protein Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup spelt flour

½ cup agave nectar

2 tbsp BeVego Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Powder

1 tsp baking powder

4 tbsp almond butter, soften

4 tbsp soy milk

1 pinch sea salt

2 tbsp black raisins

2 tbsp yellow raisins

 

Instructions:

  1. Shift the dry ingredients twice in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the agave, almond butter and soy milk in a bowl and beat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the dry shifted ingredients.
  4. Fold into dough and knead well.
  5. Add the raisins and mix well.
  6. Wrap it and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  7. Roll it out into 1 inch thickness and cut into squares.
  8. Add parchment on a cookie sheet and add the cookies.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve in room temperature.
