Spelt Protein Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup spelt flour
½ cup agave nectar
2 tbsp BeVego Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Powder
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp almond butter, soften
4 tbsp soy milk
1 pinch sea salt
2 tbsp black raisins
2 tbsp yellow raisins
Instructions:
- Shift the dry ingredients twice in a mixing bowl.
- Add the agave, almond butter and soy milk in a bowl and beat for 5 minutes.
- Add the dry shifted ingredients.
- Fold into dough and knead well.
- Add the raisins and mix well.
- Wrap it and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Roll it out into 1 inch thickness and cut into squares.
- Add parchment on a cookie sheet and add the cookies.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Serve in room temperature.
