Spicy Avocado Delight

1 ripe avocado
3 cherry tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 small red onion, chopped
2 baby radishes, cut into wedges
Salt and pepper
1/ tsp dill, chopped
4 basil leaves
½ tsp olive oil
1 tbsp BeVego Gingerbread Protein Powder
- Cut the avocado in half. Remove the seed.
- In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, radishes, dill, red onion, protein powder, salt, olive oil, and pepper.
- Stuff the avocados using the mixture. Serve with basil leaves on top.
