1 ripe avocado

3 cherry tomatoes, cut into wedges

1 small red onion, chopped

2 baby radishes, cut into wedges

Salt and pepper

1/ tsp dill, chopped

4 basil leaves

½ tsp olive oil

1 tbsp BeVego Gingerbread Protein Powder




  1. Cut the avocado in half. Remove the seed.
  2. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, radishes, dill, red onion, protein powder, salt, olive oil, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the avocados using the mixture. Serve with basil leaves on top.
